Pathways Through Spirituality
A poetry book about the Rider-Waite Tarot? I thought it was a pretty original idea, and hoped my readers would too. When I tried to learn to read Tarot, all the books suggested the memorization of keywords. Some of that is necessary, but also very boring. Once I became a professional reader, I decided to write one poem to describe the meaning of each card. It's a much easier way to learn to read the Tarot, as the poem really gets to the heart of the matter and explains how you feel while the card's influence is being felt in your life. Pictures of each card are included in the book. I explain in the foreword a bit more about the elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth, and take the mystery out of reading Court Cards. Too many people struggle with that! Even if you don't wish to read the Rider-Waite Tarot, the poetry is spiritual in nature, and also makes a lovely gift. Go ahead, splurge, why not buy yourself a copy today? It will get you reading cards for your family and friends in no time! Reading is so much fun at parties and other kinds of get togethers. What are you waiting for? Yours in Tarot, Jean Bakula
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Welcome to Spiritualitypathways.com, a Metaphysical blog, meaning an exploration of the philosophies of topics that take us beyond what is known. I began my interest in Astrology when I was 10 yrs. old, and have been studying metaphysical topics and fascinated by religions since then. I feel that my life's quest is to answer questions about the meaning of life, and to try to help others find their path. So I sort of take bits and pieces from Hindu and Buddhist philosophy, what I've learned from Astrology and the Tarot, and my belief in reincarnation and karma. I have been a Professional Astrologer for 35 years, and a Professional Tarot Card Reader for 12 years.I take courses at the N.J. Metaphysical Center, to learn more about meditation, auras, ghosts, reincarnation, the mystery civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria, and more! I am an avid reader, and am reviewing Metaphysical books I like on this blog, especially Metaphysical Fiction, as it is a new genre. A friend of mine has a great blog called http://www.FictionForANewAge.com. I look forward to answering questions and getting feedback from you. If you have any answers or theories about life, I am interested in that too! I also write at http://www.jeanbakula.hubpages.com, http://wizzley.com, http://infobarrel.com, and http://helium.com , so visit me there as well!
